2007 proved to be a sad year for Lucious, as his first Grandmaster instructor in the Filipino Martial Art of Eskrido passed away. Anyone who knows Lou, understands how tragic Grandmaster Larry's passing was for everyone at Lou's Training Systems. Grandmaster Larry was tireless in teaching Lou the beautiful art of Eskrido - Combat Judo/Knife and Stick Defense.

At the time of Grandmaster Larry's passing, Lou was only a couple of month's away from his 4th degree Master Instructor test. Grandmaster Larry had already begun to call Lou "Master Lou". It can only be honorary now.

Of course all of us will continue on as he would have wanted it, but he will always be in our memories forever. Lou is currently working on continuing his studies in Filipino Martial Arts.

We hope to have in the near future a new Grandmaster to help all who are interested to learn the Filipino Art Arnis and Daga.
